Return and Refund

We are confident about the quality and design of our products. Also, to protect our customers, exchanges and returns of clothes are best avoided. We are happy to offer you size suggestions. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Change of Mind

You may cancel an order within 12 hours after you place your order. 
You can contact our support team via email at support@thebarrrk.com within 12 hours if you want to change the size or variants before we process your order.

Returns and Exchangs

We accept returns within 30 days after purchase and receipt. You can exchange it for a different size/product or get a refund to the original payment method. Please email us at support@thebarrrk.com and we will send you with return instructions.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Returned items must be in its original condition.
Returned items must be in its original packaging.
Returned items must show no signs of wear or use. 
Discounted items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping cost is not refundable.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Thebarrrk accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

After you have returned the product to our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 3-7 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 7 business days, please contact us via support@thebarrrk.com.
